I'm a grown adult and bought this for myself! For $10, you get a moon in your home. There are several color and animation options with the remote. I think the sleep timer is what I'll use mostly. No instructions on assembling the wooden holder but it is easy. Only thing I wish it had was a way to know the battery level.

The product is beautiful and the remote control is a massive bonus.The colors and changes in brightness available are surprisingly good.But I can't use it as a display decoration for my business and so it gets 3 stars:Its touch detection is over-the-top, uselessly sensitive.When I opened the box on arrival, the product was already lit.When I set the assembled square stand back on top of the moon while inside the box (remote was laying flat next to the box), the moon lit up again. When I lifted up the box to move it to the vehicle for transportation to where it would be displayed . . . it lit up. I had to dig into the box to get the remote to turn it off. Then I pushed the box across the seat and it turned on again. I decided I didn't dare use it for display and risk the battery dying partway through the day due to not being able to keep it shut off.It is now stored on a shelf. I have to make certain to store the remote on top of the open box. If I need to move the box, the moon lights up, and I have to use the remote to turn it back off.If I put something else on the same shelf where I store the moon decoration . . . it lights up.Eventually, I let the light stay on until the battery died so it wouldn't light up if at all jostled.Beautiful product if you're okay with that problem.
