I’ve tried many different knee braces both hinged and elastic to help with my miniscus injury and this is one of the best I’ve tried. I bought a small and I’m 5’8” 145 pounds with skinny calfs and it fit me perfectly. I love the padded ring around the knee and there is a sticky ring around the top and bottom inside edges that helps hold the brace in place so it doesn’t slip. In fact i had to really yank at it to take it off so i know it won’t fall down when I’m walking. It’s very comfortable and provides excellent support!

I had a torn meniscus repaired about two years ago. I'm age 65 female. Since surgery, horrible arthritis set in. My knee is in worse shape then before surgery. Walking or doing anything has been debilitating. Went to the orthopedic surgeon last week. He will not do surgery until I am bone on bone. So I purchased another mfg brand knee compression. Found it too bulky and actually it caused more discomfort. I sent it back and ordered this one. OMG! I cannot tell you how comfortable this compression sleeve is. Fits well under my jeans, not bulky, doesn't slide, provides great protection and comfort. So happy with it that I ordered another one today for my other knee. Highly recommend you try this one.

Da el soporte necesario para bicicleta, correr, caminar, en general deportes que no sean de demasiado impacto, por ejemplo para hacer pierna en el gimnasio no la recomendaría porque es un poco más flexible que las de uso rudo. Cumple con lo que promete. La recomiendo. Les dejo un video de cómo ponerla más fácil.
