I have bought this in the past in black, so I was glad to see it offered in other colors. Bought the set of three colors - black, navy and grey - with one each of the colors packaged together. Unfortunately the size of the ear loop, which is not a elastic or even a stretchy material, are not sized the same. The grey fit me fine and matches the size of the black ones I bought in the past, but both the black and navy have ear loops that are shorter and thus not very comfortable for my ears. Photos should show the difference in size. Very disappointed with the change or variation in size. Don't know if they are all the same as I have only opened one set thus far.
