You get what you pay for. But it's not all bad. I knew the quality wouldn't be amazing. The pendents are nice, sturdy, and have bit weight to them. The cheaply made chains that come with them are copper, so they oxidize and turn your skin green (irritated mine due to eczema). Which is expected. You can always buy better chains. Though the left pendent itself has a couple of random letters stamped into it on the front bottom left corner. This is just again, because its a cheap sweat shop knock off of the nicer silver or gold versions of this Tardis friendship pendent set. Again, you get what you pay for. My boyfriend still likes his half and uses on his lanyard and I waer mine on my own chain.

First, I'd like to mention that I've purchased this product twice, now. The second time only because the first one was accidentally broken in the vacuum cleaner. The first was shipped to me in a timely manner, far sooner than expected, it looked perfect, and was just like the pictures. No flaws, with a sturdy long chain. The second, however, just arrived a week ago. After receiving the first one, the second seemed to take forever, arriving close to the end of the projected window. One of the windows of the tardis had been punched out, and the don't fit together just right. Something slipped through quality control. This includes the chain. He showed it to someone at work the other day, and it snapped when he pulled it from under his shirt. It's fixed now, thanks to some pliers, but this experience has been far more disappointing than the first. IF YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT be aware that you could be getting the same product as a good review, or a bad one. There's a lot of product variation.

When I received the necklaces for my girlfriend and I in the mail, I was expecting small pendants, flimsy chains, and poor quality (that makes me sound like a horrible boyfriend, wow) However, when they came in, I have never been more wrong! The pendants have a quality size and have exceptional detail and the chains are great as well :) now, the picture has it with a somewhat brass finish to it, but in all honesty-at least the ones I've got-have a more silver finish to it. Not complaining at all, just a heads up. If you're contemplating getting this for that Companion in your life, it's well worth it

Ive read the negative reviews on here so I really didn't have my hopes up for this being a terrific item. I bought this necklace as a stocking stuffer for my 13-year-old daughter that loves Doctor Who. I purchased an item on October 1 and the projected delivery date was October 26 through November 12 so I was quite surprised when I got it in the mail today, October 9. After looking it over really good I'm wondering if the people who wrote a negative review must've gotten a random bad or damaged product because mine looks fantastic. It is thicker and sturdier than I thought it would be. Is it fine jewelry? No. But for $2.35 I'm extremely pleased.

This is an adorable set for any Doctor Who fans. It took a while to get here but well worth the wait for the price. The two chains contain half a TARDIS. TARDIS stands for Time and Relative Dimension in Space. For those not in the "know" it is the space ship that lets the Doctor and his companions travel in space and time saving people and worlds and well... just about everything over and over again. This is a great gift for any two geeks, specially those who feel like distance is an issue. I got these for my teen daughter and her best friend who now live in different states. She loves them!

I bought this for my best friend, as we're both big fans of DOCTOR WHO. Since we loved it so much, we ended up wearing them every day for months. These necklaces were of alright quality, but they ended up breaking.Here's a description of them:- large, bulky chain that was fairly annoying to wear- good design of TARDIS, and the two (2) necklaces connected together well- made of some type of metal that gave off a distinctly metallic smell, which was unappealing- broke after a couple of months; chain snappedHonestly, I'd say this necklace isn't worth buying unless you have no other opinions. My best friend and I still occasionally wear them, though, for sentiment's sake. She keeps hers (broken) connected to her bag, which is cute and stays on well. I wear mine around my neck, and it still hasn't broken as of yet.

Unfortunately, it broke from the chain pretty easily and half of it was lost for good after a month :/ I could rate more harshly but it probably should be expected from the price. Originally it was very nice though.

The silver plating wore off after wearing it about 6 times, exposing the orange, rusty copper, that no one likes. I caught it fairly quickly and painted it with some clear nail polish. It's really adorable, but it turned orange way quicker than I expected. I don't regret buying it but I regret not painting it as soon as I got it. Hope this helps :)
