Small and compact
Lovely little dishwasher, holds quite a bit of cutley and glassware, and if you don't have a lot of space in your kitchen, it's just perfect. I connected it at the forcet and it works just fine, I'm so happy I brought it, I definitely give 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

Brilliant dishwasher once installed
I wanted something to cut down on washing up as I have a chronic illness, and chose this as it seemed the most reliable and small enough to fit in my tiny flat's kitchen, while still having decent internal space for dishes. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient it is and it has enough space for an entire day's worth of crockery, pans and cutlery. I've only used the 90min cycle so far but the dishes have come out spotless and I have no problem with things fitting as I use large stoneware bowls instead of plates. The only stress was that I tried for days online to find the right tap attachment (as I rent and couldn't plumb the pipes in) and went to two different plumbing shops to be told an M22 to 3/4in adaptor is not routinely sold in the UK. Thankfully someone else posted a review recommending the Gardenia adaptor (in pic and linked here): https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/r.html?C=2X8R0PK3LTH9J&K=N22Q9UOC8MMG&M=urn:rtn:msg:2024052223484649a4d5c827854b6693aecab5e470p0eu&R=UQA7R927RSY5&T=C&U=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.co.uk%2Fdp%2FB0001E3ULQ%2Fref%3Dpe_27063361_487055811_TE_dp_1&H=UAN4A4ZQBS0ARDGOGN9PLLMUXG8A&ref_=pe_27063361_487055811_TE_dp_1 which works well. Having said that *please note* it drips throughout and is very stiff to undo the pipe after using it; I need pliers to get the pipe off the tap attachment due to the water pressure. It also releases some spray when it's detached, but for me having the dishwasher is worth the clean up! Overall, easy to use and good quality albeit a slightly fiddly set-up!

A good bit of kit
After about a week of getting used to this, I am really pleased with this dishwasher. I bought this as an upgrade from the smaller 3-place Cookology dishwasher. I had that one for 3 years, and liked it, but eventually it gave me some draining problems. This 6-place machine became available for almost as much as I would have to pay to fix the old one, so I went for it. Of course, having double the capacity is a big bonus. Although I am mostly cooking for one, this one is also good for when I have friends round, and is also big enough to take large pans, including my Ninja Foodi pans. With the old machine, I found the Eco setting worked well with almost everything. With this machine, I found that Eco was OK for lightly soiled pans and dishes, but not if something was dried or baked on. However, the Ultimate setting is brilliant, and gets everything clean; so I just need to learn when each setting is appropriate. With the old machine, I had been using a liquid - Finish Dishwashing Gel, rather than cut dishwasher tablets in half. This machine takes a full tablet, so I was using a recommended dishwasher tablet. However, I then tried the Finish Gel, and I do prefer that to the tablets, especially in cooler washes. My only other comment is that the two small cup shelves are mostly useless (for me), as all of my cups and mugs are too big to fit on there. After a very short time, I decided to remove them - they unclip easily - and although that means I lose a small area, it makes the space underneath easier to get at. If you have tiny cups, like espresso cups, you might find the shelves worth keeping. One other thing worth noting. The new machine is quite happy having the door "almost closed" when not in use - i.e. resting on the latch. This allows the machine to air and dry out, which means it stays fresh. I only completely close it when it is washing. But all in all, I am so very happy with it.

As expected, working well but check other suppliers for the price before ordering.
This is shown as a 'running late' order on my Amazon account, but it actually arrived about 3 days ago (a day early). It was well packaged, and came in the OEM container which was easy open. The machine came with a supply hose, and an integrated drain hose. Installation was pretty easy in my case as it was swap for a failed machine, so the water and drain connection points were already available. A completely new fit would be more difficult. I managed it on my own, but its pretty heavy so I concur with their suggestion that its a two man lift. Externally, the machine is very much a clone copy of my failed Indesit model (control panel excepted), and looking at on line comments Cookology seems to be a sister company. No problem with that, the intertwined Indesit/Hotpoint/Candy group have pretty good reputation for value and reliability. One thing I did find; its internal dimensions are smaller than my old model (externally its identical) so packing large dishes etc. in is a bit more problematic. Its also much quieter, so I can't help thinking if they padded out the walls with some sort of insulator. Cleaning performance is fine. One concern is the price, I found out after it was too late to cancel that the machine could be ordered directly from Cookology's web site for £20 less. Having said that, its pretty good value costing only 50% more than the failed pump in my old machine. Too early to comment on reliability.
