Worked great for me.

I have been taking L-Arginine for a few weeks and so far I'm not sure I notice much of a difference in my energy levels or recovery times as compared to others. However, I may see improvement of energy over time and with taking the supplement longer term. The pills are reasonable in size and are easily swallowed. I haven't noticed any side effects or issues with digestion.Nature's truth tends to be a quality product. The packaging is decent to ensure no damage in transport.

The rotten egg smell was so strong I immediately threw the whole bottle away. I then went and bought the exact same bottle at CVS and it smelled normal and tasted like mint going down. DO NOT BUY THIS FROM AMAZON.

The capsule is much easier to swallow than other brands I've tried.

Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this product. It tastes and smells horrible! Even after swallowing, the rotten egg taste lingers throughout the entire day.
