I bought these bulbs to connect them with Alexa and the truth was a little complicated for me because I had to connect them to their app and from there connect the app to Alexa so keep that in mind when buying them otherwise the quality is very good and the duration of the bulb is even better

Easy to set up
I've purchased several types of smart bulbs- this one is the best I've found. I don't use it to dim the lights, I just want to schedule my lighting to turn on at sundown and shut down at various times. Priced right and easy to pair.

They're good, but the connection issue sucks
This is more of a warning to myself, than a message to others who are looking to purchase these bulbs. Don't buy them again.I thought they'd be fine, and I'd save a few bucks on some smart bulbs. We have power outages often, and our other smart bulbs never have issues. They remain connected, things work fine. But these bulbs - I have to reconfigure them so many times and it's not a quick process either. You need to delete each bulb, reconnect each bulb, reconfigure them into the rooms they were in for Alexa, and this is time consuming. After a few times, I almost gave up and just bought more of the other bulbs we have. I believe they're Philips Hue Bulbs. Much pricier but at least I only have to handle it once or twice.The bulbs are very bright. If you can look past this inconvenience, they work great. Have had them for years - responsive, they are bright and they dim well, and no other issue except that connectivity issue. That's just kinda gotten on my last nerve now but.. 🤷🏻♀️You get what you pay for.

Not working
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It sppera that this prroduct has stopped working because the web site that controls the bulds is down. And has been for serveral days.

BUYER BEWARE
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Since I bought these in 2022, I’ve had intermittent problems with lightbulbs, not wanting to respond. But it’s all culminated to the worst problem today, where they won’t respond at all, despite resetting the router, Trying to reset the lightbulbs by turning them off and on into pairing mode, and I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn’t fix my problem either. In fact now, I can’t even log into the app, as it gives me an error that says operation failed try again. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY. They no longer have a customer service number so that you can call in to troubleshoot. You have to use a horribly inconvenient method/emailing to get any form of customer support. And good LUCK with how long that takes, if you even get any helpful support at all beyond videos and a copy and paste answer that doesn’t actually address your issue.

Great product
This is the only lightbulbs we use at our house. They connect very well with my Alexa and I love them. We have all of our lights named so it’s easy turning on and off lights.

Is it a bulb? Or is it a pain to deal with??
3 Stars to demonstrate the product does what it was intended to do. It is a light. It does turn on/off. It does work with Alexa.But over the course of time, I've become less impressed with this "hub-less" bulb. Most times when there is a flicker of electricity I have to delete each individual bulb and add them all over. Then I must go into the Alexa app and recreate the rooms with the newly installed light bulbs...otherwise, Alexa will not turn on/off the "bedroom". So that's annoying...really annoying.06.18.2025: At 11:00PM I lost connection to Alexa when I asked for the lights to be turned off. I thought it was one of these common disconnection issue but was too tired to reset Every. Single. Bulb. The next morning (06.19.2025) I attempted to delete the bulb from within the app only for the screen to take its time loading and then NOTHING. No action. No error message, just the bulb still there with the delete button. This was the case for every single bulb. I then tried to put the bulb in pairing mode and tried to add it (even though it was still showing in the app) thinking maybe it was deleted but the app wasn't refreshing. This did not work either. So I logged out of the app in an effort to troubleshoot - but, I cannot login. Each time I try I get the "The operation failed, please try again" error message.I searched the internet for news from Sengled - *SPOILER ALERT* there was nothing posted by Sengled. I found a Reddit where other people were experiencing the same issue and decided to "live in yesteryear and manually control my lights for the day" while periodically trying to log into the app.06.20.2025: I am still unable to log into the mobile app - therefore I cannot delete and reinstall the bulbs. An internet search at Status Gator shows the problem occurring on 06.19.2025 but looking like it was resolved today. Well, not resolved for me! And with the company (1) not answering my first email/contact us; (2) not publicly acknowledging a systemwide outage and the estimated duration until it could be fixed; coupled with (3) the ongoing connectivity issues is what leads me to just an average score of 3. Is it a lightbulb? Yes. Can it work over Wi-Fi connectivity? Yes. Is it an easy-to-use product? Yes, however it is annoying to individually reset with the slightest of connectivity. When the Wi-Fi goes down - Alexa may take her time, but I don't have to reset her on all devices.
