Easy!
Worked for me! I have been struggling with my casement window for years figuring I had to replace the whole window. When the black plastic part of the sill hinge broke I was forced to try replacing parts and purchased this. Installation instructions are on the window parts.com website. I replaced the sill and head hinge in about an hour. Easy!

MISLEADING DESCRIPTION, CONFIRM PART NUMBER CAREFULLY!!
I ordered this part, which is a the LOWER hinge for a left sided crankcase window. It is Andersen part number 1361461. (See photo - the PN is visible, and the hinge has a BLACK SLIDER). I received an UPPER hinge for a right sided window (1361462, has a WHITE slider to indicate upper hinge.)The listing has PN 1361462 in the description, but the photo shows 1361461. When you search for 1361461, Amazon brings you to this listing. I've contacted the merchant and asked for the correct part, so hopefully they'll update it and I'll update my rating.BTW, the part is super high quality Andersen, and the shipping and service and price were excellent too. Deserves 5* if listing is updated.
