5 Cuttings Purple Heart Wandering Jew - Tradescantia Pallida Purpurea Plant

I was searching for pink wandering Jew plants and I saw this one that reminded me I purchased one of these in September 2022. It’s now a huge beautiful hanging plant in my dining room. Absolutely recommend them

Two of the cuttings were completely black and mushy on arrival, and the rest had soft ends I had to trim. I’m hoping a few will survive, but the condition they came in was really disappointing.

Arrived, potted and left in sun and wow! Full thick growing from roots not just branches. I planted in a larger container, and glad I did. Easy to take care of. Water and sun. Little flowers almost daily. I love this plant, so easy, and looks great! Beautiful color.

I’ve been ordering plant’s quite often. These were very disappointing The leaves were wilted and brown I’m really going to try and save them I put them in water and pray some healthy roots will foam in 10 days I also put them under a grown light.

I wanted purple and after 1 month they are not purple. They show very slight purple around the edges of the leaves. They are growing and blooming but new growth is not purple.

Have grown this variety for decades, bought online previously. I live in Michigan and have grown this plant indoors and out. The clippings I received in good order and expect they will take root and grow just as previous clipping I was lucky with w.arm weather for travel. I plant clippings directly into warm potted soil, in the summer I find a sunny spot and put clippings in the soil.
