I’m in Physical Therapy and this is a tool they use to strengthen my shoulder! It’s great to have at home to add to my exercise routine!

Even though I have relatively small hands, I can hold each of the four bars to build up strength and flexibility in my wrist I had fractured. The variety of weights in the set of bars offers choices as my wrist heals and can manage heavier weights My flexibility and strength have improved quite a bit with only three weeks of using the bars.

This meets my expectations related to strength and flexibility for tennis elbow rehab.

Helpful for building muscle and strengthening my arms.

My PT moved me from Yellow to Red. This is a good Red level.

There are many flexible resistance bars on the market. While I haven't tried them all, I do really like Serenilite's product. Other manfacturers put a slight pebbly texture on their bars which would appear to give them better grip, but actually make them more slippery in my experience. Serenilite has a shiny smooth surface which makes them almost feel tacky. My hands have a much easier time maintaining a good grip on these.I wanted to give a shout out to their customer service. I ordered a bar directly from them because Amazon was out of stock. There was a problem with the order, unfortunately. But customer service responded to my email inquiry within hours and offered a very satisfactory resolution to my problem. I was very impressed.Good products and good customer support - I will happily buy Serenilite products again.
