After being diagnosed with Lyme Disease and Babesia, I was struggling with neurological complications. The brain fog and memory lapses and word searching were daily issues that seemed to only increase. I've never been a good sleeper, but my lack of sleep was becoming almost debilitating. I formerly took another brand of Phosphatidylserine and got to the point that I felt I did not need it any longer. Sadly, after a flare of both diseases, I needed to go back on the supplement, but I really wanted to find a more cost-effective option that still had the appropriate ingredients. I am happy to say that my brain fog is definitely improving, short-term memory loss is also improving, I seem to be searching for words less and I am definitely sleeping better again.

I bought this in order to combat the post-natal depletion I've been struggling with since the birth of my child 2 years ago. This product is a life saver for me. The "baby brain" that's plagued me- forgetting words, losing my train of thought, terrible short term memory about everything that isn't baby related, etc., is noticeably better. I feel sharper and by extension, happier. I've also noticed a marked decrease in my stress levels and it looks like my baby belly has shrunk a bit too. Whether this is from simply being able to remember to maintain good posture or a direct result of blocked cortisol, I don't know! I do know that when I take this regularly I feel like my old self. I would pay twice the price to feel like this all the time. I've recommended this to all my mom friends. I did not receive a discount or anything in return for my glowing review.

This is a such an excellent combination of supplements. I take seeds , healthy eating and supplements carefully chosen .. This supplement with 500 mg of phosphatidylserine dramatically improved my short term memory . I had taken ps 100 for a year over 10 years ago and did not think much of it . But this excellent combination really helps , I m 74 and memory was and is good . But short term was ragged.I stoped another very high quality brain supplement after seeing the results. I am assuming that if you working on your memory you are taking D3 with K1 and K2 daily if conditions permit. I had obtained this from another source and had to search all over the net for the original. You will not be disappoint with the quailty and results from this supplement . Today, short term memory has returned and it makes such a difference in daily life. I had given up hope .

I use it for sleep a week at a time because I think it may make me more moody actually. Not sure there yet. I have a lot to learn regarding mood yet. But for what it does, it does well. I think it has had a powerful impact on my memory as used on and off every month or two five to seven days at a time. Maybe on day my mood will temper enough to tolerate it as a mind boost. The price was increased a lot. I used the product for at least one year. I recently discovered that although the price per bottle seems to be the same, the number of serving changes from 50 to 33, as the manufacture changed the amount filled in per capsule. This is just another way to increase price without making you realized the price jump. I don't like this practice and I will shop elsewhere.

I am very pleased with this product! I am 67, I have ADD, memory problems, and severe sleep problems. My blood tests showed I was lacking in Serine and needed 1000 mg more Serine a day. I tried straight Serine, but it seemed to keep me awake at night. For that reason, it was recommended that I take Phosphatidylserine (one chemical reaction ahead). I searched the internet, studied all the options for phosphatidylserine supplements (with the least amount of added compounds), and ordered what seemed to be the most cost effective solution. For one thing, I couldn't seem to find capsules with high enough amounts of PS, so it was costing me a fortune and with negligible benefit. I tried several different brands, varieties. After I started taking the We Like Vitamins PS at 500 mg 2x a day, I started noticing a difference within the week. Now, this may be because I was finally getting enough PS to make a difference. There are so many factors it's hard to say what is contributing to my better memory and alertness on any given day, but just that fact that I am sleeping better is an enormous benefit, since sleep alone does wonders. I would definitely recommend this product. I know I will keep ordering it!

Whoooooooooooo! ... This young, seemingly-generic sells all kinds of individual supplements--then they sell this. I saw this in a search for Phosphatidylserine, but it is oh so much more. They have DMAE in here, a precursor to the Nootropic Centrophoxinine. They have Gingko, which I don't think does squat, but has been touted for years. Then there's something else. But wait...there's rosemary. Rosemary, you say, yes. With essential oils, rubbed on skin or diffused in the air, there are 2 that get you pumped and awake: rosemary and peppermint. To see Rosemary in a supplement is amazing. It's a secret ingredient along with others, which will probably wake you up more than the Phos...thing prominently featured and perhaps the reason you buy this. I used to take Rhodiola Rosea as my go too energy-boost every weekday; and now I bounce and alternate that around with this beast. - Good stuff, and a great value!
