Is this tent fully waterproof on its own or do you need an additional rain fly?

it Says it’s fully water proof but I always recommend coating it yourself after you get it. Mine held up to a small storm with no leaks but an additional rain fly wouldn’t hurt, especially towards the entrance where it slopes down. The outer structure is actually a built in rain fly

Does this have 2 doors? Do windows open on inside?

Thanks for your question. There is a large front door. The zipper of the windows on 6 person tent is with two pulls, so you can zip it from the inside or the outside of the tent.

Can at least 4 sleeping bags fit in this tent and maybe a dog?

There is NO WAY to put 4 sleeping pads in the main space, only fit 3 sleeping pads. Only exception is if you put 1 sleeping pad in the vestibule (which is not sealed), or you don't use sleeping pad. I just received this tent today. big disappointment. vestibule is such waste of space. If convert vestibule to main space, this tent would be very good for family of 4 with 4 sleeping pads.
