These are a heavy duty cake cutlery set. Don't let the word wedding fool you. If you need a cake cutting set, this is perfect. The handle won't come off and they are dishwasher safe. Not real ornate though and they are tough to engrave on. These are sterling silver so they won't tarnish or rust.

All we're talking about is a simple cake server; you might find a decent one at the dollar store that would work just as well. But this one is a little nicer...it has some weight to it and a nice finish that probably won't wear off any time soon. The server is narrow, which is what I was looking for; it should do well as a meat server (meatloaf, swiss steak, chicken breast, etc) where you want a little extra length as well as for pies and cakes.

I wanted a good pie server, without serated edges, without a sharp tip. This is exactly what I wanted, and it fills the need perfectly. It serves pie! It looks nice, nothing fancy, simply a fine pie server.

This is a lovely piece with classic styling. I just wish one side of it were a teeny bit sharper, to help cut thru pie crust, etc.Instead, both sides are completely blunt, and tend to crush the crust instead of cutting it

Sleek, sturdy, and does exactly what I need it to do. Tie a ribbon around the handle and it and it would make a lovely gift.
