DO NOT BUY ((THEY WILL REFUND 30% MAX))
I purchased a car code reader(Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ Bluetooth) from Amazon, but unfortunately, the product was not satisfactory. I had to pay an additional 18 AED for a software to make the device work. Even after installing the software on my phone, the device still didn’t work. I tried it on four different cars, and it didn’t display any codes or connect to my phone. I decided to return the device and contacted the seller, who was a third-party vendor on Amazon (JetSouq). They responded the next day, asking me to ship it back via a delivery company. The shipping cost was between 120 and 150 AED, but by coincidence, I found that the storage 40mile far from my apartment so I personally delivered it back to the company, incurring my own travel costs. When they received it, I signed a receipt, and the device was in its original packaging. To my surprise, they only refunded 30% of the purchase price. I contacted them again to request the rest of the refund, as I also paid for the software and shipping, but they refused, claiming the device was used. However, it never worked.
