After eating countless boxes of the cardboard-tasting Mary's Gone Cracker's gluten-free crackers, my fiancé and I became tired of paying an inflated price for such a lackluster product. We asked ourselves if we could do better, and my fiancé took the task upon himself to try. I have to say, the crackers he makes are fantastic.After some time, he decided to branch out further in our experimentation and try new flours – this is what led us to this product. If you haven't tried it, Tigernut flour has such a wonderful taste, it is nutty and mildly sweet. Although its flavor is nutty, the flour itself is made from a root vegetable – it is lower in fat and is packed with nutrients. And I will say again that the flavor profile is so tasty!I told my fiancé that I expect an "infinite amount of crackers" made by him for eternity. He promised to add that to his marriage vows – haha! Get yourself a bag and experiment for yourself. It is a wonderful gluten-free flour. And I hope you find a fiancé that is committed to preparing wonderful baked foods for you.

I tried the other tigernut flours available on Amazon and this here is the best. I eat it raw and it is absolutely fantastic for digestion. Just as Dr Gundry writes in his book Plant Paradox. I have no cravings for sugar or junk food and it is easy to follow my keto diet as well.

This bag is labeled organic whole ground tigernuts, but was not a ground product. I attempted to advise it was defective online and it advised it is NOT returnable, when the product.clearly states it is able to be returned or refunded if defective. I then attempted to connect to customer service through the app which attempted to state the same non returnable information. I kept stating "customer service" until I was connected to a live person who refunded me immediately when I shook the bag so he could hear the nuts clanking. The 1 star is NOT for Amazon, but the product. Amazon deserves 5 star for their prompt assistance once a love representative got on the line.

As someone who suffers with an autoimmune disease, I'm glad I was able to use this product and not have to pay a ridiculous price for it.

I hadn't tried TigerNut flour before discovering this brand and I love it! great flavor and super nutritious. I like to use it in my cakes and other baked goods.

I just recently found out about TigerNuts and their health benefits and since I love baking I wanted to try the flour. I love the sweet tasty and it bakes so well!! The quality is excellent!

We always buy this tiger nut flower. It’s great. However, this last time they sent us 2 bags of tiger nut flower that was actually whole tiger nuts. Crazy right?? Amazon did the refund and told us to just do whatever we want with the whole nuts. So we will grind them in our Vitamix. See the pictures if you don’t believe me. :DPs if you grind tiger nuts to make your own flower in a vitamix, be careful cause it may clog at the bottom. Just do a little at a time.
