Beware: Heating issues affecting performance of system !!!!
The unit is heating up abnormally. Still not resolved by HP support after many follow upsUpdate Nov 15’21 : Very tardy response from HP. After almost 6 weeks the “solution” seems to be changing the mother board. I have come to realise that this is not an isolated case and appears to be a design fault. System keeps shutting down when heated. HP still not ready for a replacement even after registering a compliant within 5 weeks of purchases. My advise: look elsewhere
