Very Handy, easy to connect and use
This has added a lot of functionality to my desk phone. I've even found another use for it -- I use a few of the buttons for common reference numbers that I want to keep handy - business tax ID number, etc. Easy to hook up, works well, and being able to see at a glance which lines are in use is vey handy. Compliments my Avaya 9508 phone well.

Great add on to Avaya 9508
the Avaya BM12 adds great functionality to the Avaya 9508. With the BM12 we can see the status of other extensions without having to toggle through the screen on the 9508.

Broken seal so be cautious
Box seal had been broken, so not sure how new this really is. It’s working but if I didn’t need it quickly I probably would have returned it..
