11/10 recommend! Honestly we did not think this would work but man did it! Used this in our air bnb after a guest stained our counters with a pasta sauce ring. This is probably a 3 month old stain and it still came out! Buy this product!

Amazing stuff - brought up stainless steel cooker hood brilliantly, chrome dazzles and kitchen worktops get a thorough clean. Also brings white flat pack furniture back to life. Removes permanent marker and loads of stains! Easy to use.no noticeable smell at all.

You only need a little bit of this scrubbing powder to bring faded or spotted or even slightly rusted stainless steel pots and pans to their original mirror finish. It contains high amount of oxalic acid (from which it's cleaning "power" is derived), thus it is better to use a glove when scrubbing with this powder and make sure you don't inhale the fine powder. It's best on steel cookware but I've tried it also on a glass, enamel and glazed tiles - it worked really well however it did not elicit the WOW reaction I had when I first tried it on a "hopeless" stainless steel pot. The way you use it depends on the amount of crud/rust/work needed - if you just want to give back the old shine to a generally clean stainless steel pan, then you just put a bit on a wet towel or sponge, smear it lightly on the surface, wait 15-30 seconds, then lightly "buff" with the same towel/sponge, rinse and you are done. If there is a lot of crud, maybe some weird stain along with some rust or you have those pesky little dark spots you could never remove (not even with a steel mesh), then make some paste from the powder in the pot, scrub it all over (if not enough to lightly cover the surface then make more), leave it on for 1-2 minutes, then wipe it off, rinse and you are probably done. Do not leave it for long on any metal surface, as oxalic acid being a pretty strong acid as well as a metal chelator may eat right through metals.
