Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Hi Amazon, I just received the mamaswag silicon glove and heat pad and had to try it out right now.I do get items at a reduced cost or free, but as you will see from the videos, I also make sure I give an honest review and test them out.I will no longer give reviews without pictures or video's. Also sellers, I will keep returning your products if I think they are junk and do not get asked to review them.The set came in a nice box, way to big, I quess they didn't want to fold the heat pad though.The glove is actually very large and may give some people smaller trouble. I had no problem with it, I am a big man though.That was the only drawback I could find.The heatpad actually has a measuring part on it which is cool. It sure doesn't feel like it could hold the heat off the counter but it does a great job.I heated an iron skillet on high and set the heat pad on the counter. Now I have laminated tops. I did not know that when I moved in and melted a few parts of the counter top. So this was a pretty good thing to get in the mail. Once the pad was hot enough, I would guess 500 degrees I dawned the gloves and picked it up. No heat at all was felt. I sat it on the counter on the heat pad. I continued to hold the iron skillet feeling no heat whatsoever. When I picked the skillet up and set it down on the stove then touched the heat pad, it was very very hot. When I lifted the heat pad and felt the counter it had no heat whatsoever.I have to give this five stars. I am always a little nervous reviewing things like this, cause it could cause bodily harm lol. It did not though worked great.Thanks Mamaswag for the great product. Video below.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I really do love the baking mats and the MAMAswag mitt. I have a few of the baking mats, and have found multiple purposes for them. Two of the mats together make a great surface for kneading bread. I used to knead bread on my counter which meant having to scrape my counter of dough remnants and then washing it to get all of the flour and dough off of it. Now I knead my bread on two baking mats put together, and after I am done with the dough, I need only to rinse the mats in the sink. So much less mess to clean! Since the mats can tolerate high temperatures, the are also great for baking artisan breads on a baking stone. I use aluminum foil under the mat to facilitate sliding a pizza peel under it, but the bread bakes evenly and doesn't stick to the mat. A similar method works well for baking homemade pizza. You can roll pizza dough directly on the mats, and aluminum foil under the mats makes it easy to move the dough to a baking stone in the oven.To test the nonstick capabilities of the mat, I decided to try baking an egg on it with no oil. Eggs stick to almost everything, so I thought this would be a good experiment. You can see the results in my video which I think came out pretty well. I really think these "baking" mats are good for so much more than baking. They can be used for lining pans for roasting and broiling and can help to eliminate the use of aluminum foil for ease of cleanup. This is another one of those things that you need to think "outside the box" for uses.As for the mitt or glove, this glove really does protect from heat when removing hot pans or cast iron from the oven. I have another set of mitts that are the same as this that I use daily. They truly protect your hands from the heat, and they are so easy to slip on when you are in a hurry as generally am. The outside of the mitt is easily washed with soap and water and the inside can also be washed if need be. So far, I haven't needed to wash the inside. I would recommend this set, but I also think that two mitts are necessary.

AMAZING USEFUL ITEMS! Nice glove and mat! Comfortable and fits well. Good grip though,they are all it's likely to not slide out of your hands. Baking is safe and pleasure now. Highly recommended! Very high quality material and color.We enjoy and will order more!

This was a really good product but the mat can keep spots but does stay clean the glove works wonders love it
