Easy to use
When I bought this machine, I thought I would struggle to learn how to use it. But it was the other way around. I was able to load the thread and use it right away. The videos on thier youtube channel are very helpful and puts you on the right track to start using this machine.I think it's a good one for a begginer like myself.

Broke after 3 months and didn't get any support..
Three months after purchase and with minimal usage, it broke down. I tried calling the vendor I bought it from and got no response at all.

Needle jammed with bobbin hook after using it a few times
Used this machine for a month and one fine day during stiching the needle gets jammed with the bobbin hook.. Tried my best to fix it. But no use.. Keeps jamming. Have to take it to the repair shop now.. :(
