Excellent quality and adhesion, but when applying to aged decking, (3.5 years in my case), I would advise using an appropriate cleaner and renovating solution on the decking first. Gives a much better , like new, result. It can be tempting to cut corners and not do this, but the resulting appearance is significantly poorer.
