Being disabled with mobility problems (MS) I have been shopping around for a scooter that could improve my mobility and allow me out of the house...I found the "iLiving i3 Foldable Electric Scooter" being the best fit for me. I choose the version with the 18-inch Deluxe Seat because I thought more comfortable and it is indeed, I can recommend it. I am about 180 lbs and the scooter is exactly what I needed to be: simple, light weight, comfortable, easy to fold and put in the car trunk (thanks to a portable lift I bought separately that allows my wife to handle herself the scooter in and out the car, when we go places. Great experience!).When the scooter first arrived, brand new out of the box, and after having full charged the lithium-ion battery, I was excited to go for a ride but...it did not work!!! no motion forward or backwards...nothing! Battery fully charged, the scooter didn't move!I was pretty upset after all the money I spent having a product that doesn't work and no help of the error in the manual. It was then I call the 800 number of the iLIVING supplier customer support. The experience was awesome: they gave me all the information I needed to correctly troubleshoot the problem and fix it quickly!I absolutely can recommend the product with confidence.

My new scooter will NOT charge, So I emailed the company, they said they would send me a new charger, but here it is 21 days later and now I cant get a email through to them. All my past eamils to them are gone off my computer??I never used the scooter at all. DONT BUY A iliving scooter !!!!

I like this scooter a lot. I got the 18" seat which is very comfortable. The scooter is very easy to fold and unfold and everything works perfectly. Actual weight is more than advertised (more like 65#) but I can handle it ok. Decent battery life. I added an Ibilkeo (Amazon) basket to mine (fits the scooter perfectly) and scooter also needs a strap to keep the seat back from flopping down when scooter is folded. Scooter has very nice appearance. But is very small and no leg room. It supposed to be for up to a 300# personDon't think average person could ride on it. So I'm sending it back. Also someone else it and returned it, because it was not packed correctly and the box was all torn up.

I like the scooter but how do I charge the battery. Do I need a charger? If so where do I get one ?? Need it ASAP

Having had another well known scooter with Pride in their name I feel qualified to give a fair review of my experience with mobility scooters. After 3 years of moderate use my other (Pride) was literally falling apart due to poor quality materials. Plus it was just getting to be too much for my wife and I to load into our SUV since it did not fold or disassemble easily again due to poor design.we were warned at time of purchase to not completely take this scooter apart due to its tendency to damage the power plug connections when putting it together again! So we had to do something else so we could continue to be able to load the scooter into the car. Found the Ilivingusa i3 and took the plunge. Arrived on time took maybe ten minutes to install battery charged it up and it’s been perfect. Easy to load and fold. One look and it’s obvious this is much better made than my other well known brand was along with being well thought out and engineered!After two months of use I’m confident I will get many years of service from this scooter worth every penny spent!

This is a great scooter. Maximum weight it can carry is 300#, which is fine. Comes with a tool kit and extra fuses. Has small head and tail lights. Only drawback is that it weighs 50#, so a little awkward to put into the car.
