I took a long time to research before I settled on purchasing a Squat/Bench Rack. One of the most important things to have was a sturdy assembly. I can assure you that this rack is extremely sturdy and a 225 lb individual can swing back and forth from the pull up bar with out concern. When assembled, the rack does not creak or bend; it is one solid unit.I am very pleased with the quality.

Great investment

The only gripe I have is the reddish brown color used for some of the steel in this rack. It would look better all black. Assembly was straightforward and the weight rack is very sturdy with no movement when I use it hard.Edit: I spray painted the entire unit gloss black and it looks much better than with the reddish steel tones.
