Great Filtration with Hassle-Free Fit This HEPA filter turned out to be a very worthwhile upgrade for my Craftsman wet/dry vac. Installation was simple—it slid right on without any forcing or fiddling. The fit feels secure, which is important when dealing with fine dust or allergens. In use, the difference is noticeable. Dust, drywall powder, and other fine debris that usually clog up lesser filters are contained well here. Even when vacuuming up a lot of sawdust in my garage, the filter didn’t choke up right away. It’s also nice to know that it’s rated for allergens, so cleanup around the house feels a bit healthier. The build quality is solid and it feels like it will last through multiple cleanings. A quick tap or light brushing is usually enough to keep it clear, though eventually I’ll need to replace it. The price is fair considering it’s a genuine Craftsman part and not a generic substitute. Bottom line: A reliable, well-fitting HEPA filter that improves suction and air quality. A simple upgrade that keeps the shop vac running at its best.

Bought Craftsman dry/wet shop vac that did NOT come with sleeve for wet pick up cleaning. Was going to buy a sleeve BUT saw that Craftsman sold seperate filter just for wet vacuuming (wet filter cost bit more than just the sleeve but seemed better overall). Wasn’t sure if it would fit, but fit perfectly. No other issues at this time.

I foolishly bought a cheaper knock off version of this filter which I returned because it didn't come close to fitting properly. I then promptly ordered the actual Craftsman filter and it of course fit perfectly. I recommend staying away from the knock offs.
