Well built
The only complaint I have about this grill is the flare ups. It is almost impossible to grill anything with fat in it without constantly fighting the flare ups. Other than that the grill is great. Even heat, good grilling space, and it gets hot! The side burner is great for searing steaks, although it is hard to do more than one at a time. It is a very sturdy grill with solid construction and was easy to put together. The cover is also very sturdy.

Great design, build quality, and cooks great!
Great design, build quality (Made in Canada NOT China - yeah!) and easy to use. I t was also easy to assemble with a quick build instruction sheet that was really 1st rate. I'm getting great results from this gorgeous grill - I love the sizzle station and the 3 main burners are very nice. Finally, an affordable grill that cooks like a much more expensive one. I'd say it's a great value and about as good of a grill one would ever need. Great job on this Nepoleon and thank you for making it in Canada.

Pretty good but not worth the money
I do a lot of grilling and smoking and thought I would treat myself to a higher end grill.Building it was pretty tough even after watching their instructional video. The grill when brand new is gorgeous. After using it a couple of times, it looks drab and you can never restore that brand new look. All grills have that issue though. It gets very hot and will push 800+ degrees easily with all burners on high. With all burners on low, you will push about 275-300 if you want to believe the temp gauge.I have had this grill for a couple of years and have had no rust issues with the grates. This is one of the advantages of the stainless grates over the cast iron. My previous grill, a Broil King, was very nice but was a rust bucket due to the cast iron.It cooks just fine but lots of flare ups. Again, all grills seem to have this issue. The big gimmick for this grill was the searing burner which they claim gets to 1800 degrees in under a minute. Not quite... it takes a few minutes to get to about 1200. It is a pretty small burner and seems to do the job but you can only really put one steak at a time on it. I am not sure if it is worth the extra expense. If I had to do it again, I might save a couple of bucks and not worry about the side burner. I don't think these grills should be more than $500.

Bad Value for the Price
This would be a perfectly acceptable grill at a price point substantially below its current price. The assembly was not difficult although we seem to have ended up with a number of extra screws. It looks fine but is just average, to a notch above average in quality. I never expect the built-in thermometers to work. In this case it has never worked or I am unable to get the grill thermometer below 400 degrees and with a 3 burners going it stays at 600+. Sear burner is OK but overrated and the lighter for the burner is already not working after only being used 4 times. The drip tray for that burner will not stay in place and comes off every time the cover is taken off. The stainless steel is better than grills below $500 but certainly of a lesser quality than I would have expected at roughly $1,000 for a small 3 burner grill.

Not the best quality.
I waited 6months before writing this review so I could give an honest opinion. I did a lot of research on grills before buying this one. Assembly was pretty simple. I cook only for myself and grill a lot. I found that food cooks at the rear of the grill faster than items placed towards the front. Quality of the stainless steel isn't all that great...seems thin, stains easily and scratches very easily. I had a Thermos grill for 14 yrs and it had better quality than this one. For the eight hundred dollars I paid for this grill I expected a lot more for my money. Disappointed in the quality. Three weeks after buying this grill I saw a 3 Embers grill in Tractor Supply ...much better quality than this Nepoleon and priced less. Would not recommend Nepoleon grills.

Disappointed that it was bought new but the side attachment ...
My husband loves the grill. Disappointed that it was bought new but the side attachment had gashes.

Napoleon is the best
Had a problem with shipping and it arrived pretty banged up. Didn't notice the worst damage until almost all together. Amazon was great and would have replaced, but I spent enough time putting together that I preferred to just get some replacement parts rather than taking apart again and squeezing back into the box. Called Napoleon and they hooked me up after sending some pictures. Got the grill going and it cooks awesome. Very happy with the craftsmanship and how it heats. Way better than my old charbroil. Lighting it easy and the grates are thick. And the steel in this one is reported to be made in North America...which is supposed to have less iron than Chinese steel (less susceptible to rust).

poor packaging
Great grill but very very poor packaging had to straighten a lot of bent pieces so it would go together. I would have given it five plus stars other wise.
