You can apply it on natural nails. I have applied it many times and my nails are perfectly fine.

Can we stick acrylic nail wid this base coat ?

First you have to apply base coat or Pro bond then acrylic

Does the base gel have a stickiness to it after curing ?

No might be you are not curing it properly. Do it for 60-90 seconds to cure the nails with base coat
