Great Swim Diaper (aside from the sizing issue)
Like all the reviews state, order a size up. Other than the sizing issue, these are an awesome swim diaper. Its pretty much undetectable under swim trunks. The only issue I have is there is not too much room for the male anatomy, but I guess that is to be expected for a brief that is designed to be unisex. Over all a great purchase, and I will most likely purchase again in the future!

may fit up to 34 inch waste but won't go over 36inch hips for med. large fits pretty good.
Update large size arrived. Fits alot better and can't tell most of the time unless I think of it, that I'm wearing these and not regular underwear. Like the draw string to make sure they are snug and not fall off. Just make sure when you order that you take note of size and if close to top of size range order larger size.Looks to be made well but couldn't get it on as there needs to be a hip size posted besides the waste as I couldn't get it past my hips that are 36 inch. I'm bout a 33 inch waste so this is really disappointing and will be returning to get refund. Already ordered the large which I am hoping still will fit as I dont like to buy things to big as then they tend to not fit right and not be comfortable. This does have a draw string like a pair of speedo or swim trunks which is a plus to me.

Works well.
I usually wear a large but after reading the reviews, I went up one size and they fit fine. As an older person who loves to swim, I had concerns when I started having bladder issues in my 50's. This works pretty well. I've tried other methods but this is the most convenient. It hides well under swim shorts and I feel confident after having worn them a few times.

waaay to small
Who the hell are these manufacturers make clothes for. Me being a 36 37 should be able to atleast get these damn thing on....but no instead they get stuck just over mid thigh....just ranting but way too often I buy clothes from Amazon and they are always screwed on sizing.These were LG 36-38 btw so I'm sure if I were to get the xl they would be too loose

I’m a size 4, medium sized product fits very snug.
Like others warned beware of the sizing. I am a small thin person, 5’7” and wear a size 4. Taking others comments seriously I ordered a medium which fits, but barely. However, for a person with chronic UTI’s I am looking to help block chemicals and bacteria and this product is exactly what I was searching for. It is nice enough to switch out for my swimsuit bottom.

Order a bit larger size
Sizing is a bit small. Recommend ordering next size up from normal. I ordered a large and it barely fit me.

Bad product
The diaper leaks from the sides. It’s not just awful but in no way a “ swimming diaper”. The name is a marketing gimmick!
