It’s really tasty. No complaints at all. I drink a lot of tea and was worried it would be just hype, but the quality is good.

I am a huge Earl Grey drinker. It is likely one of my top two favorites, with the other one being Matcha. This one is a bold, more serious Earl Grey. So you need to already like Earl Grey in order to potentially love this one. The canister is beautiful and keeps the tea fresh; looks great on the counter too. I buy this on repeat.

Excellent tea.

Ordered the 100 count refill bag and was disappointed with freshness. The expiration date was less than 10 months from purchase date. The tea in the tin tasted better and had an expiration date of almost 2 years.

This is my wife's favorite tea for making her daily London Fog. The ability to purchase this quantity has been a huge help in cutting pennies (or I guess nickels now) from our household expenses.

I just love the smell of this, I can't help but take a big inhale every time I open the canister. The canister design seems to protect the flavor and freshness better than any other brand I've come across. Even if I don't go through a canister quickly, it still seems to smell terrific. I like strong tea and this meets my highest expectation. Because it is so strong and flavorful, be warned that if you forget and let it steep too long, it has the potential to get quite bitter, but that's totally user error. I tend to be time-blind, so setting a timer on my phone has helped me to perfect getting the quite strong flavor I want without progressing to bitterness.
