I live in a very high wind area, so sometimes having a large fire is not ideal and we’ve actually had an instance when we put a fire out or so we thought and the wind picked up an hour later there’s flames coming out of it so it was very scary being that I live in the desert and I’m 25 miles out of town with very little water on the property so I thought I would give this product a try and it actually works perfect I love that you can just put the lid on to extinguish it the flames are perfect height for roasting marshmallows, and there aren’t any ashes flying out or sparks. I really love this. I have used it three different times so far and it still has many hours left on it. I’m very happy with my purchase I highly recommend it super fun and you can use it for 10 minutes or 30 minutes or longer and it’s reusable. It’s absolutely perfect. I love it so much.

Great product, for emergency preparedness, camping, and outdoor fun. It is easy to light and can burn for a pretty decent amount of time. If you don't want to use it all up, you can snuff the fire out by putting the lid back on. It could be used to cook with in an emergency or provide heat, if you were stranded in the cold. It gives off a pretty good amount of light too. It's very convenient to have a small, portable fire. Every 'GHB' should include something like this. Never hurts to be prepared.

Exactly what I needed. Use to have a large fire place in my backyard but now I live in a small apartment with a balcony perfect flame size to warm the space.

These are so great and so easy to use! I love them because it’s illegal to have a bonfire on the beach but living on an island that’s all u want to do, so bringing this to the beach and being able to just light it, while it’s wind resistant, and then just put the lid on it to turn it off and go after it cools a little is SO EASY and portable and if you’re doubting it, do it. It’s very efficient and easy, no hassle dealing with charcoal or wood etc, just a huge candle that doesn’t blow out with the wind. I got the smaller one and it’s very satisfying, it’s a decent size and still feels like a bonfire

No smell or smoke, easy to light and burns for a long time... careful when covering to close,it gets very hot

I just did a backpacking trip to The Narrows in Zion National Park (top-down) in October. Got to my campsite a little later than expected. It got dark early and the temperature quickly plummeted into the low 40°s. I was wet and cold. I was able to change into some dry clothes and get heat from the fire while I set up camp and ate dinner. The flame was surprisingly bigger than expected. It threw off a decent amount of light and heat. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a great heat source. But it did provide some comfort and I was able to set my boots, gloves, hat, and other stuff nearby to help with the drying. I let it burn for a couple of hours at night. The next morning was brisk with the temperature around 40°F. I was able to easily light the Mini Campfire again and burn it for about an hour. I was dreading putting those cold wet boots on that morning. The campfire made them warm and comfy. It was very nice not to have to start with cold feet. It quickly cooled and the wax solidified. I put the lid on and packed it home. There is still probably enough wax for another hour+. When considering the weight/value of putting this in my backpack, there's no question. I'll be packing one of these again. Even if you're not looking to camp. It's a great little flame that would add a nice ambiance sitting on an outdoor patio in the evening.

This put off SO much smoke. It made my marshmallow black instantly. And not in a toasted kind of way, in a blasted with smoke kind of way.

Excellent alternative to having a larger fire. Keeps you warm on the patio. Highly recommend.

It's great if you want to have that ambience of a fire on a special trip, but not something to use on a daily basis as it gives about 3 hours total of flame. You can stop and relight but when the wax is gone it's done. It would be great if you could "refill" it with some more wax.

Can’t light easily. Takes 4 minutes . Flames are huge so don’t put it on table. Wax bleeds out of bottom too. 👎
