It measures 1.560" in diameter with a digital caliper. If your chair's leg piece has a hole that is 1.86", this would be a loose fit. The reduced diameter section extends about the same dimension (1.560") in length. Note that many cylinders have a bottom end reduction that is much shorter.

Will this one work on chair model svx-11?

couldn't tell you but most of the lower price chairs 100-200$ use the same cylinder !
