HORRIBLE PRODUCT - DO NOT BUY
Horrible, horrible product - it looked used when I got it, and when I plugged it into the car, and plugged my lightening cord in, the jack completely messed up my lightening cord, so now I can’t even charge my phone with the lightening cord (the jack on this POS stripped the cord plug). Trying to get someone to replace BOTH my lightening cord (since the product messed it up) and give me my money back without me returning it.Oh, and it doesn’t even work - I have to jiggle the audio cord so the sound comes out of my car. Complete scam. Crap item.

Better Than Anker
Ngl… exceeded my expectations. I bought a $40 one from Walmart made by Anker and it couldn’t hold a charge or if I hit a pothole, the aux would slip slightly and make an ear piercing noise. This one doesn’t. It charges fast, and never slips. I was expecting it to not be good at either but it was also cheaper than that terrible Anker one. Amazing product!

charge and listen at the same time.
I purchased 2 of these items. one with lightning connector and one with usb c. I have used both and the units work as described. you can use your phone and keep it charged. The lighning cable unit is used on long road trips. the only question now is durability - I don't know that YET. I do recommend these adapters.

works well
Super helpful little gadget to allow you to use headphones and charge your phone at the same time. It’s very portable and the cable is very durable it seems. The compatibility with the old headphone jack is lovely because i had old headphones i couldn’t use after apple switched their port to lightning. It looks sleek and its worth the money.

not even mad just very disapointed
This adapter lasted me less than 10 days. I used it everyday for about a week and then it suddenly stopped working and it sucks im stuck hearing the same songs on the radio until i am able to find a better one. It has a mind of its own and works when it wants to for about 3 second of a song. I’ve tried bending it and moving it to a spot until it starts playing and then as soon as i hit the gas/break on my car it stops playing even tho my phone only moved a millimeter.

Perfect size however
This item is the perfect size however, when connected to the phone and the audio is a horrible static sound

Music likes to cut out at times.
I can charge my phone and listen to music at the same time, and I haven't noticed any bad audio quality, but I've noticed 2 flaws with the adapter. One, the front panel came off one of mine, it still works, but I had to superglue it back together. The second problem is wayyyy more annoying. If you bend it a little too much, the device stops recognizing it, and you have to unplug and plug the device back in for it to be recognized.
