Mannnnn I love this stuff. It calms you. I use to buy natural calm but the price has gone up like crazy over the years. I take 2 teaspoons. This magnesium powder is what draino is to a clogged pipe. Mix it with a half a glass of juice and drink it like a shot. Don’t play with it. It’s not acidic like natural calm. It’s chalky. STAY HOME!!!!!!! Because you’ll be in the bathroom a lot.

I used this with salon 40 to bleach a deer skull and it worked well.

The powder dissolves quickly and has no flavor in the water. It will settle some if it sits for a while. I gave it a 4 not because of the product but because of the directions on how to use it. The serving size is 500 mg or 0.5g but there is nothing to measure it with. Most households have volume measures like teaspoon, ml or cc but not weight measurements like grams. Food scales do not measure that small of a weight.

I used to take CALM magnesium powder before this, the flavored one you mix in water. Didn’t wanna put out the money for that again, so I got this magnesium instead. I read the other reviews first, so I didn’t mix this in water. I just put it in edible rice paper (like I do with all powder supplements) and washed it down. I highly suggest looking into edible rice paper if you have an issue with taking your powdered supplements or have been looking for an easier way. All in all, this magnesium product works just as good as the CALM packets.

For decades I’ve been mixing equal amounts, by weight, of MgCO₃ and calcium phosphate, tribasic. A spoontip’s worth of this mixture, I place between my teeth and cheeks (left down, up; right ditto) before I tuck myself in. The result is a pH of about 8 (seawater), which lasts for hours, and prevents any caries bacteria from producing cavities, because for that, they need a lower pH to dissolve the calcium phosphate of tooth enamel.

What is a serving size. Doesn't come with a measurer. How are we supposed to know how much to take.
