The CRO1000 has been a game-changer for my home water filtration setup! Easy to install, I installed a pressurized holding tank to increase water flow. Workes great for whole house. Had a small drip in the seam of the auto shutoff and Nick at Ispring sent a replacement. He was verry courteous, nice to talk to a real person! Thanks Nick!

My fourth product from Ispring, love them all. Water quality is excellent, simple to install and use. Had several technical questions that were easily handled by Nick. I have and will continue to recommend Ispring products.

Housing for RO membrane cannot take more than 10PSI. Cheap frame has screw inserts that snapped off during setup because they were poorly assembled in the factory. You can't put a socket on the clamp for the membrane because they didn't leave enough room for anything more than a spanner. Using a spanner will bust your knuckles getting it tight enough. Ive tried assembling this thing half a dozen times and the end cap on the membrane flies off every time I slightly turn the water on. This thing is total junk and now I need to disassemble it and pack it back into its boxes so i can get a refund. They should pay me for my time at this point, ive spent hours messing with this thing and hundreds on tools and materials to install and I still don't have a working water filter.

Does ok @60 psi. Takes a little over an hour to fill 50 gallons. Not using the booster. For $750 I think I can wait an hour. The booster is just too expensive. Had a few leaks at first. Had to tighten to filter more. They had to be TIGHT. The wrench they sent does not fit so that was fun. All good and works perfect.

I ordered this system to provide clean drinking water for my home. After a few weeks of use the amount of water being dispensed decreased. I contacted customer support and they got ahold of my shorty afterward. After speaking with John we were able to diagnose the problem and get what I needed to get the system back up and running. The tds from my water source is around 250 and this system was able to reduce it to around 30. I am very happy with this product.

Clean water for washing and rinsing my motor home no more hand drying just let it dry and park in the garage.We have two smaller units in the house for clean drinking water very happy with all the I Spring products

It is SO much easier than using water filter pitchers for drinking.I am assured that our water is safe. Our water previously tested poorly for lead - but not enough for the EPA to do something about it - and it was coming outside our house at the source. We saw that an RO filter is the only way to get rid of this problem - with a new baby, it's a life-saver - literally (lead doesn't leave the body).Thanks, Julius for such a quick response time to my questions.
