very nice, worth the effort
love my Christmas house, did take time and patience, but was worth it

It was missing parts and Amazon replaced it with in two days!
The house turned out beautiful Instructions were easy with plenty of extra fabric and supplies to spare. I have now made 5 miniature houses!

Cute Christmas decor
The instructions are a little hard to follow, it skips some steps but easy to figure out if you’ve built something like this before. I’m still in the process of building, so far it’s not too difficult. Relaxing and fun

My niece loved putting this together. The instructions are easy to follow. It is easy to assemble and it looks great.

Its a hard road.
Directions are not very clear at all, if you have done miniature houses before, you can probably figure it out, but if not, you may struggle. There are lots of small pieces that you have no clear explanation of where they go. Once done it is beautiful, but getting there is kinda hard.

More amazing than I could have imagined.
This was purchased as a present for my daughter. She’s 13 years old and this has kept her occupied for hours at a time during the Christmas break and on the weekends. She will spend an hour or so after school working on it and has so much fun. Her sense of accomplishment and showing me her steps along the way have been so much fun for all of us. The quality is exceptional, the instructions are clear and concise. The end result is even better than I could’ve expected.

A piece of junk
Parts were missing. Parts were broken. Directions were worthless what few there were. I have done several of these miniature houses and this was the absolute worst on so many levels. Do not waste your money on this.

I am fascinated with this item, decided to have a go at building and it needs time to read and better read. Taking it slowly so hopefully I don't get something wrong but I am enjoying building it.
