Trying to figure out how to use this product, we are health conscious and sugar avoiders, our palettes are pretty accustomed to bitter flavors. But this product actually tastes really really bad, it is so bitter my wife spit it out faster than I did and she eats some pretty bitter stuff. I challenge you to keep it in your mouth past 30 seconds!!

As a ketogenic diet nerd and plant chemistry geek I became enamored with 100% chocolate to avoid the sugar and for its medicinal properties. In the past year I've tried about 5 different high end brands of 100% dark chocolate. Truth be told there haven't been any that I would say I disliked and would happily buy any of them again. This Raaka; however, stood out as exquisite. Its silky, subtle, not overly bitter, and has a latent acidity that made this not just a supplement...but an experience. Raaka really has their tempering process (or whoever they source it from) really well dialed in. Magical experience. If anyone is interested in stacking with medicinal mushrooms this brand would also be a very nice addition.

Well I won’t be buying these again. They are quite expensive for the small size of 1.8 oz and they are very bitter. And these shot my sugars up higher than a regular size Milk Chocolate bar and that was less than the 1/2 bar serving size. I did about a 1/4 of a bar. Guess you learn when buying things like this that they can make the bar look larger than what you get. Very disappointed with this purchase since they said no sugars. The bar has 8 g of Carbs yet says no sugars. Interestingly enough the bar is small than an IPhone plus screen. Was expecting bigger but you learn when others inform you about things like this. I have had 90% dark chocolate and it wasn’t as bitter as this bar is. If you want to try I would recommend the 1 bar and see if it’s your cup of tea. The two boxes is how it came. This is not a sugar replacement. I love the texture and taste. It can definitely compare to the fancy Swiss chocolates I used to eat. For someone who can never ever have sugar again, this is a life saver. I love that it also adds to my daily iron needs. I actually don’t find it bitter at all but the taste buds change once processed and added sugars are eliminated from the diet.
