MPT01505 Danbury Metal Watering Can, Surf Light Blue

It is even more beautiful than the pictures show! I love it. It is not one that you put away after using because it would be a shame to not keep it out with other decorations in the house.

Love this watering can. It is do pretty can use it as a as a decoration, or as a watering can. My neighbor saw it and fell in love with it so I decided to give it to her for an early birthday present, and she was so excited.I do highly recommend us

The media could not be loaded. Leaks from the bottom. Leaks from the splash guard. The handle arrived unattached at the front top of the can, and shortly thereafter the seeming attached end of the handle twisted and then fell off as well.So, apart from the “style” of this watering can which is why I chose it — Robert Allen’s Danbury Watering Can receives NO STARS out of 5 bc it fundamentally does not do the most basic functions in which it was designed: 1. Hold water 2. Carry water from water source to said plant. 3. Pour water into said plantar whilst containing water in said can from plant to plant or from pot to pot… and maybe in something stylish like this can — potentially repurpose can as plantar after or even before it’s served it’s purpose as a watering can. BUT even with no handle, this isn’t an option for this can because it leaks from the base. Again, bringing us back to the most basic, primary function for someone seeking an indoor watering can—that it hold water.

This watering can is so beautiful it sat on my kitchen counter. It reminded me to water my plants while looking pretty. The first one I got eventually broke when the spout fell off. I reluctantly replaced it with the same can, spending way more than I wanted to but I loved it. Now the second one has broken…just can’t justify the high price for a little watering can that I know won’t hold up. And that makes me sad.

This gorgeous unit lost one star because the top wasn't fully sealed. This is the second unit I ordered and both units had the same flaw in the left side of the flap in the top that holds the water from falling over the top when you angle it down while watering. This causes water to flow through a seam in the flap in the top opening that is put there to keep it from pouring over the top when you tip it too far.Having said that, this is a really beautiful unit. OK it gets stranger. I kept the first unit and returned the second because although they both had that same problem, the second one came with the handle bent out of shape and coming loose from the body. So fortunately I had not yet returned the first unit, which I decided to keep. It’s beautiful and a great value.To correct the problem, I injected one of those UV activated glues into the top seam. It didn’t seem worth the extra time to try a third unit. It does seem like there are manufacturing issues and possibly transportation ones as well.I still kept the four stars because replacements are extremely easy with Amazon and it happened fast. The refund happened on the second unit almost as soon as Amazon saw that UPS had accepted it.

I absolutely LOVE this watering can. It looks like a piece of art sitting in my living room! I keep it out to remind me to water my plants! I thought the price was a bit on the high side, but I'm glad I went ahead and got it. It's made very well, too!

Not only is this the most beautiful watering can I have ever seen (it is so pretty that I am leaving it out as a piece of art), but the handle is easy and comfortable to hold, the spout is delicate so I can easily water the soil through the leaves, and even though it is small, it holds plenty of water so I don't have to continually refill it. I am very happy with this purchase.

This holds the perfect amount of water for my plants, it pours easy, and the design and colors are as beautiful as I had hoped. It looks exactly as it does in the photos and when I showed it to friends, they all want one now. Shipping was a little slow, but that was on the delivery contractor.This is my favorite addition to my new plant obssessoin.
