It whips up quite firmly
Eaten on scones it makes a pretty good vegan alternative.Not as much body or flavour as real cream, but it satisfies the bit of one’s dream of a good old cream tea.Very glad there is something out there which doesn’t come in a squinty canister. But the carton is still plastic, not cardboard.
