Love this milk replacement
This is the best not-expensive non-dairy milk replacement and my favourite for adding to coffee and tea. The flavour is subtle but good and the lack of sweetener means I can make my drinks as sweet/not sweet as I want and using what I want (eg. honey, maple syrup). The texture is good, and it's WAY cheaper, more convenient, and less wasteful than buying cartons of liquid oat milk. The people who wrote negative reviews clearly didn't read the ingredients or don't have much experience with powdered milks, dairy or non-dairy. Regarding some of the critical reviews I read: It is clumpy in drinks if you add it to a damp cup or don't try to stir it much, but so is dairy powdered milk so I don't know why people are making out like that's a deal-breaker. I add the oat milk powder to a dry cup, add a bit of boiled water (for tea or coffee) and either stir vigorously or use a milk frother (ironic) for a couple of seconds to blend in the oat powder and then add the rest of the hot water. My drinks turn out smooth and great without clumps or grittiness. As for flavour, it tastes as it should for the ingredients listed and that's why I buy it. I want a simple oat milk powder without a ton of crap in it. I don't want a sickly sweet drink additive; if you want a sweet powder, then buy a sweet powder! The reviews complaining that it's too bland or not sweet enough, just add a dash of vanilla or other flavours, and add some sugar, honey, or maple syrup to your drink? It's literally that easy, and you get to tailor your drink to how you feel that moment. I think this powdered oat milk is perfect for tea/coffee/baking.

Nice pantry oat milk
This blends easily with just a fork, and you can make it to whatever strength you like. It has a bit of an "oaty" taste, which you probably are fine with if you're buying oat milk. I use this for coffee creamer, or for baking - it makes for richer tasting bread than using plain water. The resealable bag is fine for storage.

blends very easy with warm water and a hand held frother
It's good, tastes like other oat milk powder I have purchased. I like this Anthony's for other items, and I like the oat milk well enough that I will probably buy it again. USE WARM WATER to start. Even if just a little to get things going. I use a cheap handheld frother to mix. Then I add remaining water. The directions give a guideline on how much to use, but you use what you want. Like it thicker? use more powder. Like a thinner taste and mouthfeel? Make that adjustment. You do you. I dont really drink oatmilk straight, but if I did, I prefer the cartons from the store. If I drank it from powder form, I may add a tiny splash of vanilla to take the edge off. I do however use oatmilk when I have cereal or when I want a creamer in my coffee. I usually drink my coffee black, but I like to use my second cup of coffee as a vehicle for supplements (collagen, mushrooms, adaptogens). I dont use regular creamer because the casein in milk reduces the benefits of coffee greatly (same goes for tea). So I used non dairy milk as my "creamer". Oat milk is my fave, and I like using the powder for making up a batch as I need it.

Oatmeal Powder
I so love this oatmeal powder drink! Easy to mix with fruits and sprinkled on cereal. I love that it’s super light powder and great for your health!

Amazing taste but sadly not a money saving option to have oat milk all the time.
It tasted so smooth, just like oat milk; a slight hint of sweet oat flavor. Made for amazing additions to cooking and drinking. Needed to blend with whisk in beverages though. It clumps big time. I could drink a gallon a day of oat milk and it’s expensive. Was hoping powdered would be a minty saver but guess what? I went through this bag in 3 days!! I’d get it again just to have on hand. It’s so easy on your stomach, perfect to thicken up anything!

Not good for making oat milk
This product seems to include ground-up oats in the powder, which gives the milk a slightly gritty/powdery texture and a pretty strong oat flavor. Probably good for cooking and maybe coffee, but as a milk, it's not very smooth and not very creamy. It mixes okay but not great (I put it in a container to shake it to get it to blend, which worked especially with warm water).

Really Impressed
I drink 3-4 smoothies or homemade protein/nutritional drinks per day, and I’ve always used milk as the base. Recently I decided to cut back on dairy to vary my diet more. I have a formula mixing pitcher (the Grownsy Electrical one that they also sell on Amazon), so today I mixed my first pitcher of oat milk, and did half milk/half oat milk in each of my smoothies. Success! I couldn’t even tell the difference in the texture or taste, except that I definitely felt fuller afterwards. I’ll eventually move to mostly oat milk, or other plant-based milks, and buy a couple more of the formula pitchers. If you’re having issues with graininess or clumping, I definitely recommend getting a baby formula mixing pitcher, it worked wonderfully, and I was able to make a pitcher that will last me throughout tomorrow, and the resulting milk with smooth. I love that I can buy this in powdered form. I’ve never liked the oat or nut milks in the refrigerator section, so I was hesitant to try this, but it was delicious and easy to make. I’ve looked into buying raw oats and making my own, but I definitely don’t have time for that, and it’s great that I can mix the powder to my desired consistency.
