The prebiotics help too, making this a well-rounded formula. Easy to take daily — highly recommend for women’s gut and vaginal health!

I have been using this product for years and have never had an unsealed bottle. I don’t get UTI’s but I drink enough water…which is half of your body weight if you are not sweating a lot. If you sweat a lot drink more water. I have not have any feminine problems since I started probiotics 15 years ago. These work and there are 90 in a bottle so they last 45 days. Not a bad price point compared to the expensive probiotics out there. They are a little chalky but I got over it quick. It’s less expensive and it works so it’s worth it. 😊

I definitely these are my favorite. They smell good. They were good everything but the price is so high on these I can’t afford them. You literally only get 30 so it’s like a dollar for a pill if The price was a little lower where they gave you more for that price then I would definitely buy more and recommend these 10 out of 10 just the price is kind of outrageous but you also get what you pay for so like I said they do good and they work good so they are worth it but if you can afford it

The amount of D-Mannose is not enough to effectively stave off a UTI if you are prone to them. Other women's probiotics that are clearly tailored for this purpose have much more D-Mannose in them. You could actually forego the other ingredients altogether and just get a D-Mannose supplement, if your purpose is to prevent UTIs. According to Healthline, to preventing frequent UTIs, the doseage of D-Mannose is 2 grams once daily, or 1 gram twice daily. To treat an active UTI, 1.5 grams twice daily for 3 days, and then once daily for 10 days; or 1 gram three times daily for 14 days is what is suggested. Now Brand makes an excellent product that works (and is far less expensive over time) but so do several other companies. Don't trust me, do your due diligence elsewhere. Urinating immediately after sex also mitigates against UTIs, it's not fun to get up and do this but honestly I never get UTIs when i remember to do this. I know this sounds obvious but some might not know that you need to always wipe from front to back and also to wash frequently.

My wife asked me to help select a supplement with probiotic support for feminine and digestive health needs. I selected this one as it stood out on several factors including combining D-Mannose with probiotics, the protective coating which supposedly helps preserve the probiotics in the stomach so they can largely reach the gut microbiome, the detail it provides on the dosage for each particular ingredient (including for each probiotic strain which is unique compared to most), and its reasonable price relative to similar products. She started taking it alongside some other supplements, so it is hard to attribute result to any one supplement in particular at the moment especially only after a couple of weeks, but she has commented that the supplement is the most pleasant and easiest to take each morning. Oral medication, vitamins, and supplements are normally uncomfortable for her to take.

I was not sure what to expect from a probiotic that is inexpensive and doesn't need refrigeration - but it is amazing and one of the best I've used. It comes in fairly small, flavorless, easily dissolvable pills and is a breeze to swallow. Taking it regularly, I feel as if I have more energy and less grogginess. I used to get really gassy and bloated when eating certain foods (like wheat bread) but with this, I don't. It also does absolute wonders for your bathroom trips - everything is smooth and regular!
