I love this Ina Paarman Cajun Spice! It’s rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced, adding a real kick to meats, vegetables, and stews. Considering this spice is imported the flavour was good, packaging kept everything dry. This is a really simple spice mix, but a must have on potato dishes, from potato salad, to mash, to deep fried wedges.

Ina Paarman's Cajun Spice has become a staple in my kitchen. Its bold, smoky flavor profile adds depth to a variety of dishes, from grilled meats to roasted vegetables.

I use this product for all of my roast potatoes - sometimes in conjunction with my own prepared seasoning. It is possible to get some really crisp and very tasty roast spuds. Note: I cook my roasts in oil only.

This is one of my favorite seasonings. I use on potatoes and other veggies too. Specially like it on the outside of braai broodtjies

Keep it quiet but this is a fantastic spice.

I love this seasoning on grilled beef steaks. Got a unique "South African" flavour, which is something different to the usual Southern States / Texan smoky BBQ flavour found everywhere. Don't get me wrong, I love American smoky BBQ, but this stuff is a flavoursome alternative.
