HP 14 Series 14" Touchscreen Laptop Intel Celeron N4020 4GB RAM 64 GB eMMC Pale Rose Gold

We bought this computer for my husband for his job. We use this for everything we have had it for around a year it is very durable. The touch screen is amazing the only okay thing is the storage for what all we use it for the storage ran out quickly. However this is a very easy fix. Would buy again

First, this is listed on Amazon as Windows 10 and it comes with Windows 11 so some updating in the description is needed. Not complaining - just sayin'...I needed a quick emergency laptop so ordered this one to use for a few days and as a future backup computer while my huge desktop was in for repair. I am a graphic artist so the only software I could use efficiently on this laptop is the installed MS Office which was no surprise. But what was a surprise is that when I tried to upgrade the MS Office to my business account and also tried to install a browser other than Edge - it slowed down the system considerably.So I'm resetting it to factory settings and using only the Edge browser because as a back up unit for emergencies - I can use the home version of MS Office. I usually only use PowerPoint anyway and for temporary use - the Home version is fine!But now that I understand the limitations along with the other nice features such as touch screen and Windows 11 security features, I'm happy to keep this as a second option in my office that I can use for online only marketing purposes and for my grandson to be able to access his email for classes, etc.The pink color is very nice, by the way, as my office is in pinks, greens, and blacks. So, for what it's built for - it's a very nice option and works great. I definitely recommend that other people try it out!

big and great,fast,easy setup

Ok I was scared cause some reviews said not touch screen and it is touchscreen. Overall a little laggy but not too shabby. Needed a computer for work and personal reasons. And I love the color.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I thought it would be a good choice for my husband to play his games. But when we got it the touch screen was not working and there was no driver in the laptop for a touch screen

Rating is due to incorrect product description. We selected this one solely because it advertised as a touchscreen (multiple times might I add) and unfortunately opening on Christmas Day, we quickly came to the realization that it IS NOT a touchscreen, which is a big disappointment. Otherwise, it’s a cute laptop and the pink color is really nice.

I Love this computer got it for my christmas gift im a college student and i just think it’s perfect. Not too big not too small just right and super cute simple and convenient. I definitely recommend if your a student or even if you just want a basic laptop with all of the basics of a computer

I love the size how petite and light it is and it’s the color I expected. The only thing was it was hard to put my work email on here it wanted a @outlook email so I made one then had to switch it to my work email. Also it couldn’t download google docs or google classroom that I needed for work but I still love it.
