Perfect for tossing a salad at work. Pack dressing separately, then pour in when ready to use. With the lid, it is super convenient to shake a few times and it mixes quite nicely.This is a good size for a single portion salad to take on the go.The silicone sleeve is a nice touch because it makes it easy to hold without being slippery and looks good too. I haven't used this for heating food, but it would also be a nice insulator to hold a hot bowl.Use this routinely now.
