Excellent book and a MUST READ for anyone interested in Azure Security! The author has done a fantastic job simplifying a complex topic. If you're interested in Azure, I recommend you read this book. It will give you the confidence to move to the cloud faster.

A good overview
This is a good read on Azure security with some technical details. It is definitely not a hands-on book or a reference but rather a lap around security in Azure. The IoT chapter felt a bit forced and did little to provide concrete value.

Excellent information on identity protection and network security
I bought this book a while back, but only now had the chance to read it. Excellent information on identity protection and network security, the areas where I wanted to focus - these two chapters cover (and rightfully so, may I say) almost one third of the book. Key Vault and IoT are interesting additions as well. Overall a solid book; all authors are veterans in what they do and write, so I expected nothing less.

Essential Reading for Azure Administrators!
There are a plethora of security features in Azure, and anyone tasked with implementing solutions in Azure should read this book. It is an excellent resource authored by veteran industry security experts with detailed knowledge of the inner workings and security features of Azure.

Nice intro to Azure security, but missing several important topics
I have been working with Azure for the past few years. During that time I have had minimum exposure to security and networking details, so was hoping that this book would help me get up to speed on those topics. The book contains good general information about network security, identity protection, and database security, and best practices for the same. For those, I give the book a solid ***.What is blatantly missing, however, is any discussion on SAS tokens, ASE environments, how to secure PaaS components (web apps, function apps, etc.), and quite a few other topics I that I was hoping would be covered in the book. Also, the book is several years old and Azure is changing daily. I will still keep it as a reference for the info that it contains, but will continue to search for other books to fill in the gaps.

Must read for All who are looking at Azure our are already using Azure
This books connects all the dots and fills in the missing blanks. I had a good understanding of Azure but they were in fragments. This book gives a better understanding of all the different services in (IaaS) in Azure and how they all fit together end to end including OMS.
