Raleigh America Diamondback Derailleur Hanger- 32-00-350

My husband had a bent rear derailleur hanger one of the holes was deformed ruining the threads inside it. The bike manufacturer told us a replacement was only available through them, so we figured we had nothing to lose by trying out this one, which looks EXACTLY like the one we needed...and it was! It seems exactly the same in design and material so it was a seamless replacement. I gave 4 stars for durability because this is no stronger than the original hanger.

My bike is a vintage 2006 Diamondback, and this fit it perfectly. No issues -- worked the first time. The original bike was picked up rather cheaply, and the cheap components wore out, but I liked the frame... so I put it together with sealed bottom bracket, new upgraded drive train, upgraded rims, tires, a T-4000 cassette hub, 8 sped cassette, new shifters, etc.... Keeping the frame saved me about $300 - $500 dollars and it lightened up the bike too. I really do like the frame, but this was a bit of a specialty part to buy.

Good photos in the description allowed me to make an eyeball comparison with the part for my bicycle. (There are many versions of this part with only slight variations). Sure enough, when it got here it fit perfectly. I suspect it is made from magnesium. The part is very light. I have faith that it will break away as it should if I wrap my driller around my hub again as I did last week. Very important in a hanger.

Not a direct fit. The design is super close to the ones off of Line 24 by Diamondback. Unfortunately since the “hook” end is about 1-2mm too big on the outer circumference. The extra material causes the holes for the fastener from the bike frame to the hanger to not line up correctly. (See pictures #2 and #3)Solution: Carefully grind away the metal from the hanger (hook side)with a bench grinder. You only have one shot at doing this so safety third. (Picture #4). In the end I was able to fasten the hanger to the bike.

Glad I was able to locate this part! Crashed my older diamond back mountain bike and bent the mount. Derailer was salvagable, but derailer mount broke in half. While I wish the replacement part wasn't cast aluminum, I can't complain much seeing how it was cheap to replace. I went ahead and ordered mone from NYC bike shop for 7.99 shipped and got to my house in 3 days. THANKS!!

Perfect fit for a 2020 Radmini.I went through two hangers from rad. And their supply chain is very slow. This guy came in a couple days and works like a charm.

Do not buy these derailleur hangers. They're made out of cheep alloy, they bend and break easily and cause more damage to your bike. I've bought 2 hangers from them both broke and received a replacement which broke as well. When the hanger breaks the chain gets wrapped around the cassette and forces the derailleur between the frame and spokes damaging the derailleur spokes and possibly frame.

Exact replacement for a Motobecane 450 HT. I agree that the quality of the metal is suspect but it appears to be the same quality as stock. Albeit at 1/3 the cost. This is for my son's bike and you get what you pay for. I wouldn't be looking at this for a high-end bike. But I don't expect my kids to be taking any 30+ mile trail rides on this bike.
