I don't use mine for a tourniquet as I am very unlikely to use one (I do carry a CAT in my first aid bad through). I rather it for a small torch which is also attached to my belt. I also use it for an observation torch and first aid scissors. Very good quality, and I expect it will last. Having a second one is a bonus.

These are nicely made TQ pouches. I got a pair. They are a bit different from other MOLLE-PAL items with snap cross pieces to secure the long base strap to the pouch body - with the base strap being laced into the PAL webbing. (MOLLE MUCH?) This actually made it easier to attach to a rig, and they are very secure (two metal snaps on each cross piece) and easy to remove, if necessary. (See the product pix.) Usually you just have a cross piece of webbing that your have to thread your base strap through. The pouch itself is very well configured for a TQ, trauma scissors, and pen or marker. There is also a cross piece to secure the scissors using your Hook-and-loop fasteners Velcro (R) type attachment - that's a nice touch to keep your scissors in place in case you need to jump from a plane or are hanging upside down. Yes, there are the "laser cut" slots on the front pads as you can see. You can use these for your indicator badges or glow light bars - or maybe a small knife. I have loads of these type pouches from top brands and your generics - and these are comparable quality. You can use one of these for a decent flash light or other item - OC spray etc. The ONLY limitation on these (if it is a limitation) is that you have a fixed strap cover to the pouch - others pouches (like your OC or flash pouches) can have the closing strap adjusted for very tall items (big flashlights etc.) by reposition of the covering strap within the pouch pocket (Hook-and-loop fasteners Velcro type attachment). You can still adjust the cover or closing strap with the generous loop patch on the pouch body where you attach your cover strap. It's hard to describe all these straps, etc., so look at the pictures on the page. Just know that these are made to fit TQ's securely - so they don't have internal adjustment for the top-cover strap aside from where it is closed on the front. They are perfect for a TQ (I use CAT 5) and I will probably use one for a tactical flashlight too. OH - the price is very good for these by the pair. I spent more for a very similar item at a renowned cop stuff retailer, and these are comparable quality and a good price. I recommend them.

This is anything but a fake review. Velco is good quality, PLENTY of room to fit my CAT 7 Tourniquet, Trauma Sheer holder is really good aswell and can hold big or small sheers, it works on true and fake Molle loops, and as a bonus you can mount it horizontaly like I did. I havent had this product for long but it has survived 3 BRUTAL Airsoft Events. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

Hold up well, secures well, Velcro good quality, attaches to belt easily
