My daughter got this item for me when we lost our doggie of 16 years. I can not explain the feeling we all get when we hear the chime. When it rings it is beautiful and rings in his honor. We stop and remember all our wonderful memories of him. I gave this to my friend that lost her husband this year. I hope it will bring her the same emotions we have received from ours. The quality of this item is unmatched and the sound is phenomenal. I will purchase this as a gift for anyone that looses someone our a pet in there memory.

These chimes have been great to have on the back patio.Very light sound, not 'tinny' tone at all.Super relaxing and easy to 'zone out' to on a nice afternoon.

I purchased these wind chimes five years ago as a gift for my wife and we enjoy it every breezy day. The are well made and still in fabulous shape. They are large and hanging 12 feet be hind our house attached to an overhang.The Chime is soft and melodic. Our neighbors 2 year old daughter is obsessed with them. I keep a long stick on our deck for when she visits. On days that aren’t as windy, I can keep them singing for her. I gently tap the wind chimes with the stick and I just love seeing that little girl laugh and smile. Worth Every Penny!

It's hard to buy wind chimes online, ya know? You don't get to hear them...which how they sound is the whole point. I just moved to a new house and wanted some wind chimes but didn't have a lot of money to spend. These wind chimes were priced within my budget but I was nervous about how they would sound. They were delivered yesterday and I unpacked them immediately. Oh my Gosh!! They are amazing. The sound is soothing, like something you would hear on a relaxing spa cd. I kinda want to hang them inside my house so I can hear their beautiful melody whenever I need it and not have to depend on the wind to hear it. As far as the construction: a lot of care has gone into the manufacturing of this product. This is not a cheap, flimsy, thrown together situation. For the craftsmanship and beauty of sound these wind chimes create, this is a really good deal. I'm very happy with the purchase and would have no problem buying from this manufacturer in the future or giving these as a gift.

I love my Woodstock Healing Chime! The sound is great. Before purchasing it, I listened to many other chimes, both online and locally, and finally narrowed it down to two different chimes. I decided on this one because I have many houses close to mine and wanted a chime that would not be excessively loud and would have a nice sound (in consideration of my neighbors). The Healing Chime fits very well--the other one may have been too loud, I'm afraid.It works best in about 10 MPH winds. I have mine hung right on my patio. In a very strong wind, I can hear the chime a little bit when I'm inside the house and the doors and windows are closed. When sitting outside, it's very relaxing and pleasant to hear the chime.It has now been six years since my purchase and I have only had one problem with one nail coming loose on a string and my chime has gone through a lot of high winds, believe me. I only take it in during the winter months. I think so highly of my chime, I just purchased another one, exactly like I,t for a friend because she thought mine sounded so beautiful, and I wanted to buy her a gift.No neighbors have complained so I'm assuming they aren't bothered by my chime and are probably enjoying it too!

The first Woodstock chimes were gifted to me by my young daughter. A local favorite store carried them exclusively. The sound was so soothing and lovely I was hooked. I still purchase other wind chimes trying to find that quality in other manufacturers, but Woodstock chimes have yet to be beaten. I love mine so much I stopped putting them outdoors and instead put them in windows and to catch the breeze. Wind chimes weather badly outdoors and eventually need to be restrung and wooden parts need to be replaced, so my favorites stay inside. I recommend trying Woodstock chimes and do not be alarmed if you are sold on these hand tuned artisan chimes for good!
