States not recommended for extended floorboards. I beg to differ, at least on my Road King. I have the Cyclesmiths Banana Boards (20 3/4") and although close there is no clearance issue.

Did not line up correctly and a was a half inch off on the brake side of my 2014 street glide. Sending back.
