Pretty poor product - definitely not worth the money - or late delivery.
Bought as a present for my 9 year old Granddaughter this finally turned up after 10 days. Very small and extremely simple to assemble (took my Granddaughter less than 20 mins) it has proven a complete waste of money, time and effort. Seller rude and unhelpful when I queried late delivery and basically blamed Covid 19 and the Royal Mail. Will certainly not be using this seller again and would advise anyone looking at this product to steer clear and try something else.

Much smaller then thought
Really cute. Nice little gift. Much smaller then I expected, I thought it was much more lunch box size, but compared to a lippy chap (see picture) it's pretty small. My daughter will still like it though x

excellent for 4 year old
I heard about ladybird houses from a friend of mine, but was looking for a neutral simple look, and something not too big. I give 5 stars for the fact that my 4.5 year old has immense sense of accomplishment, having built the house with only a little bit of my help. Additional 5 stars for the quality (wooden details and the tin box they came in) and 4.9 for the design (only one set of the pegs were left unused, as the holes for these on the roof panels were not in the right location, but there was enough of the wood glue, so the house looks impeccable). Now as you understand I have not used it yet to attract ladybirds, but my son talks about the "ladybird hotel" all the time. This is a perfect present for little gardeners and nature explorers.

Great fun
This was great fun. Really well presented in its tin, so would make a nice gift. A little smaller than I expected but looks nice. My son enjoyed putting it together with me (he’s 3 1/2), an older child could do it on their own. It has good clear instructions. However be careful when putting it together as part of it snapped in half. I managed to glue it together again though. All in all it was good value and good fun to do.

Great product
Bought this for my daughter's 10th birthday during lockdown. Had been struggling to get her to engage with things, but she absolutely loved this. Easy to build & looks good up. Very happy.

Superb Idea
I bought this for an autistic child and he had great fun building it and watching for the insects to colonise it. Good quality product, superb idea and the tin can be reused, which appealed to the recycler in me.

Flimsy and parts don't work as the should
Nice idea and they look great but I bought 3 of these and they are quite flimsy 1 broke when trying to get the pegs in. Primarily to do with the fact that the pegs where not the right size. In the end I had to glue the base back together and the the front wall. Very dissapointed as was my son!!
