Works great in my off-grid system.
This is the second unit I've purchased to recently expand my solar system. The first one is almost a year old and still going strong. I've got both hooked up to the same LiFepo4 battery bank without issue. I wired the grid connection to a generator for days that I don't have enough sun to fully charge my battery, and its input and the solar work at the same time without any problems.I use Solar Assistant to monitor these inverters (with SRNE selected as the model since I believe these are built by SRNE and rebadged).

Does what it is supposed to
Got this unit as I needed an all-in-one battery charger solar charger sine wave inverter I live off grid and have solar and a generator this unit is simple to set up and wire works great to keep batteries full automatically switches between generator and solar use the digital menu is a little bit tricky but use the enclosed guide book and take your time to learn what all of the functions do so you can use it to its full ability mine is running my home daily since I got it with no troubles at all even when running at 100% output fans come on automatically and the unit works perfectly

Beware, instructions are not correct!
See the image I attached, the install manual says to use an incorrect size cable for battery. It says 7AWG, you will need 2AWG for the current requied. This is extremely dangerous. I reached out to the manufacturer, but they just gave me a generic reply to contact Amazon customer service.

Works great
Love it. Works great. Perfect addition to the off grid cabin.

Works but…..
This thing runs my barn. Mainly lights and fans. When I fire up the shop vac the light flicker for a split second and then the inverter catches up.When I fire up the table saw the lights go off for a full second and flicker a bit and then the inverter catches up.If you don’t have any computers or other sensitive electronic equipment to worry about this works great. Super easy to install, not sure about the claimed input capacity, but output seems to be as advertised just with a little “lag”.

It has worked great for my needs - Running a few appliances off grid for months now
It is a 5500 watt rating and I run about 2500 watts max typically. That is what is recommended on these things so they will last. If you run them near or at their absolute max rating on a continuous basis then reliability will be reduced I am sure. For me I am running a 120V 1KW heat pump to heat my 50 gallon water heater several times per day and to run a 1KW mini split A/C (non inverter) for a off grid room that I built. The computers, monitors and lighting in this room also run through this charger/inverter. Sometimes all of that equipment is operating at once from the inverter which would be 2KW to 2.5KWThe batteries have charged at a rate somewhere towards 3KW (50 amps) during high sun when the batteries were drained enough. For the first several months I had this I was using a stack of used sealed LEAD ACID batteries but I then switched to a 10KWh pack of Lithium Ion batteries about 3 months ago or so.The charger/inverter will use either battery type with just a change in the settings.

Easy to install, east to set up, so, far very durable & reliable
Only used for about a month so far but it's a great all in one solution....handles quite a few panels & with the aux AC input can be set up to auto compensate when solar can't keep up & battery bank is discharging below acceptable level. I am very pleased at the MPPT controller & 5KW inverter...it loafs along effortlessly running numerous heavy duty power supplies for my high power radios & RF amps in Ham shack all while running AC unit (110VAC Mini-split) & refrigerator etc.....I've never even come close to maxing it out. It's also pretty quiet except for short periods where internal fans run up speed but even that isn't too bad. Solar made easy

Needs extra parts
No manuals sent with product. Additional parts needed to connect, without information of this problem. Absolute nightmare
