These have become a nightly ritual in my house. I’ve always had trouble sleeping but these are amazing. Taste great… almost to good bc I could eat them like candy. They usually take about 20 minutes to kick in and I get the most restful night with no groggy feeling the next day! Great value for your money! I can’t say how many times I e ordered these. Love them… highly recommend

Doesn’t have that NyQuil taste. Tastes good, I take about an hour before bed. I sleep very well, a little heavy, and the quality is in the consistency.Tremendous value if you’re a light sleeper.

had to take a larger amount then recommended.

I have been using these for a few months after having previously using melatonin. After a while, that quit working for me.So far it has helped me fall asleep and for the most part staying asleep for several hours. Wish I could say it provides 8 hours of sleep but I’m not expecting miracles - 4-6 hrs a night is normal for me, so I’m glad to be able to get much needed sleep.

It does make a difference for sleep and sleep quality, will buy again.

I took the recommended dose and each morning I woke up with a migraine. I tried to reach out to Amazon but I couldn’t take it back or get a refund for this purchase. I will never buy this again for myself
